Gym opens tomorrow from 8-2, I gotta get-up early to catch my work-out before heading to the in-laws tomorrow. Today's work-out consisted of-10 minutes of cardio on the elliptical incline machine (always feel super pumped after my cardio) which I try to tackle first after leaving the locker room and ready to do "battle" with my weight and concentration on my regimen.I did some calve exercise on about 4 different machines and a lot of stretching in-between rep's cause having a charley horse can be quit painful if the calve muscle is not stretched properly.
I've learned from experience over the years and if I can alleviate the muscle atrophy forming in my calve muscle by proper stretching (So be it).Once I had completed calve exercise after doing cardio and abdominal exercise, I finish off this cycle with some moderate forearm & chest exercise. The routine did not monopolize my time, I approached the gym with a clear goal to get my-POST THANKSGIVING work-out in and I succeed.
