BEAST MODE kicked the crap out of bicep-triceps-cardio & abs (today) at the gym. Invigorated by yesterday's regimen and today was no different. I'm extremely grateful to still have the knowledge, I gained when I was a personal trainer (years ago for soap opera actors).
Concentrating on my breathing when executing a proper weight, always-ALWAYS! putting back the weights on the rack after I finish any apparatus (TIP-this is also a bonus to training). NEVER! Yelling or screaming on the training floor, if you are trying to push through a particular execution of a rep-Control your breathing. Started training at 17 and next year I'm turning 47...
Refuse to let my body & mind deteriorate into the background.
HAPPY Work-outs! Everybody... Pump! Pump! Pump!
I'm back home now time to start writing & drawing.
