Dam those 82 steps I have to walk up after doing a leg,back,deltoids,cardio and abs work-out. Maybe I should consider the steps a bonus to my work-out but it feels like I'm lifting concrete legs as I approach each step with dreed.


All and all still a great work-out hope I can squeeze in one tomorrow before the holiday hoopla ensues.

Why? I don't really know the answer but I'm Thankful to still have this disturbing memory locked in my brain.

Allow me to explain, When I was in the 5th or 6th grade in school and I was attending John F. Kennedy Junior High in Miami, Florida. One day in art class this teacher name, Mrs.Weller-will NEVER forget that name or her comment to me,

She stood over me while I was creating something, Don't quit recall the circumstances which lead this professional educator to tell me and I quote (verbatim)-In front of the entire classroom full of students.

"YOU will never be a great artist your talent doesn't amount to anything".

Well, Mrs. Weller...I hope your evil spirit is in the universe and can see me NOW!!!
