One more thing, Speaking as a former trainer-NEVER listen to exercise advice from someone that doesn't display their results at initial contact...

It's a waste of precious time listening to some one's theory how you should and should not work-out a certain way to their specific specifications.

In today's technological world-There are millions of experts out there with legitimate training advice to improve your ultimate goals.
