Finally took my ass to bed at the appropriate time last night to get in an adequate 7-8 hours of sleep.
Time now in NYC is 8:01AM.
I should be out the door before 9AM and on the training floor of the gym by 10AM. BEAST mood is still trying to adjust the balance between...Cyber World & Reality.
Over the course of the last few days (weeks) I have been consistently writing and drawing images for The DARK WORLD Chronicles and desperately calculating how much time is allotted to each of my endeavours.
Either I'm training at the gym or in the art studio, Refuse to sacrifice one for the other-There is a balance (I'm still trying to work it into some kind of cohesive schedule).

Finish my Cheerios cereal with Silk milk-to give me an added boost of adrenaline than get my gym bag ready! and GO!!!
FUCK! Growing older and supposedly getting weaker.
