It seems like every year Hollywood roles out, Yet another useless and very boring Reboot or Remake or my favorite-Re imagined. They don't WORK! and furthermore STOP! Robbing from a generations past. With all the new technology and so-called "SMART DEVICES" I find it laughable...Nobody can create new and fresh scripts.
In recent history I can't recall any actors career thriving from a remake in fact it's just the opposite. Classic and Vintage films are in these categories for a reason. Take the time to watch a GOOD classic and enjoy, Watch-it and than...Move forward (Not backwards).

I understand Hollywood, It's just a business to crank-out these crappy movies just to fill-up movie theater seats.
